Understand data boundaries before choosing a channel
Reading an article, submitting a form and opening an SI partner contact channel are different activities involving different recipients. Identify whether you are contacting this website or the partner directly. Analytics permission is not blanket agreement for every kind of data use.
For general inquiries, send only information needed to understand and answer the question. Redact unnecessary names, plates or business details from project examples and agree on a suitable transfer channel with the recipient.
This notice describes the existing website, not partner policies, external services or future site installations. Actual project imagery needs its own purpose, access and management arrangements; a website notice cannot replace them.

SI partner listings and contact channels
The website displays company details and contact channels approved for publication by an administrator. Externally hosted logos cause browser requests to that host. Visiting a partner website, emailing or calling an SI contacts that partner under its own policies; it is not a form submission through this website.
If you are responsible for a partner listing and need it corrected or removed, contact the website operator through the central channels.
Contact-form data
The form records your name, email and message; phone, company and industry are optional. Language, submission time and follow-up status are stored so authenticated administrators can read and manage inquiries.
Messages remain in website storage until an administrator deletes them. The form does not automatically email a receipt or subscribe you to a newsletter. Do not send passwords, identity-document numbers or sensitive information unnecessary for the inquiry.
Necessary sessions and preferences
Sessions support form state, CSRF protection, repeat-submission limits and administrator authentication. The browser may remember language, theme and analytics choices. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing or contact submissions.
The server and reverse proxy may maintain access logs for operations and troubleshooting. These are separate from the inbox and the Google Analytics choice; infrastructure settings determine log handling.
Analytics is optional
Google Analytics does not load until you allow it. It is used for page-usage statistics. Website analytics code does not send contact-field values and removes query strings and fragments from the configured page_location URL.
Use Analytics settings in the footer to change your choice. The choice remains in this browser until changed or cleared. Withdrawing permission stops analytics loading on subsequent page loads and removes accessible _ga cookies, but does not delete information already sent to the provider.
With JavaScript disabled, this website does not load analytics. Fonts may separately load from Google Fonts; declining analytics does not block every external connection.
Questions about submitted information
Use the contact channels in the footer to ask about a message or request a review of correction or deletion, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. This notice describes current website behavior; it does not set commercial terms, service levels or off-site data practices.
Check choices without sending unnecessary additional data
Analytics choices belong to the current browser. Changing devices, profiles or clearing browser data may require choosing again. Language and theme preferences are separate; declining analytics does not disable every necessary site function.
When asking about an earlier message, provide only the time and return channel needed to locate it. Do not send passwords or identity documents without a necessary reason. A request asks the operator to investigate; it is not confirmation that every copy or external-provider record has already been deleted.
Formal retention periods and organizational processes still need confirmation with the responsible operator. Do not infer legal guarantees from general practices. Revisit the notice if website behavior changes before sending new information.
